Guests of the Warner Brothers Tour are offered a rare and intimate glimpse into real Hollywood at work. This ain’t no theme park!

The 3 hour tour via carts takes you through back lot streets, sound stages, sets and craft shops.

No two tours are alike and guides take you to where the action is: walk on to the set of a hit television show, watch as Foley artists create sound effects for movies, see how sets are constructed, peruse over 10 million items in the prop department, see your favorite vehicles from film and television up close, and the list goes on. But always, always be on the lookout for a star as production is happening all around.

Where can taxi’s, Lyft, or Uber pick-up and drop-off?

Rideshare/Taxi providers may pick-up and drop-off guests at the loading zone located at the corner of Avon St. and Warner Blvd.

Is photography allowed at the studio?

A knowledgeable guide will advise which areas of the Studio Tour are permitted for photography. As it is a working film studio, please refrain from taking photos when told do so. Video is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Are tours offered when it’s raining?

Yes, the studio tour is open seven days a week except for Christmas Day. During incelement weather, your tour guide will try to limit the time spent outside and focus more of the visits to indoor or covered areas.

How should I dress when visiting the Warner Bros. Studios?

Comfortable attire is suggested and we recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes. Many of the areas of the tour are ourdoors so appropriate precuations should be taken. Avoid wearing sandals, leather-soled shoes, high heels, and open-toe shoes.

How early should I arrive to the studio for my scheduled tour and what do I need to bring to check-in?

Plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your designated tour time to give yourself enough time to park and check-in. Note that each guest is required to pass through a metal detector and produce a form of legal photo identification prior to entering the premises. Please do not bring large bags.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes, videography and large bags are not allowed. In addition, children under 8 years old are not permitted on the tour. Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult and children under 8  are not permitted. A form of legal photo identification is required to be shown during check-in

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

In most cases, the answer is yes. There are carts designed to accommodate most wheelchairs. Please contact the tour center at (877) 4WB-TOUR (877-492-8687) ahead of time and one of the trams will be ready to handle a wheelchair. Some larger, electric wheelchair models are not safe to put on these vehicles and in such instances, the tour will be conducted without the use of the carts. There are also wheelchairs available for loan at the Tour Center free of charge.

Do my ticket(s) expire?

Yes, the ticket is only valid on the date printed on the voucher.

Can I present a digital voucher on my mobile device?

No, please print your voucher prior to arriving at the studio.

Is this ticket refundable?

Unfortunately, this ticket is not refundable nor is it exchangeable and is subject to our terms and conditions.
