How long does a visit to The Beatles Story take?

We want you to enjoy the whole of The Beatles Story experience. The visit can take anything from 1-3 hours to go around the main exhibition. However, the average visitor takes approximately an hour and a half.

Is The Beatles Story accessible?

The Beatles Story is accessible for guests with wheelchairs, pushchairs and hearing loops. If you are planning a trip to the exhibition and you have a physical disability or somebody attending with you has a physical disability please click here.

Please note that the lift at the exhibition has size restrictions for certain wheelchairs. Please call the guest services team in advance of your visit at 0151 705 6604 for further advice on these restrictions.

Is there car parking?

There is no designated parking at The Beatles Story, however parking is available at the Albert Dock opposite the main entrance. Parking is also available at the Liverpool Echo Arena and Liverpool ONE Q-Park. Click here for more information regarding parking at the Albert Dock.

Yes, you are allowed to take photographs inside the main Beatles Story exhibition.
