However we usually recommend that it takes up to 2 hours to enjoy all areas of the attraction including the Spirit of London ride taking guests through 400 years of London history, the Marvel Experience including a 4D movie and the immersive Star Wars experience.

Is there a dress code for visiting Madame Tussauds London?

There is not a specific dress code but we suggest comfortable shoes for your visit. If you are looking to come in fancy dress please contact the team beforehand so that they can advise you appropriately when getting around the attraction.

When is the quietest time to visit?

We recommend that quieter times of the day to visit are towards first admission, or towards late afternoon as they approach late admission, however this isn’t always guaranteed.

What disabled access is there within Madame Tussauds London?

Madame Tussauds London is a historic building set over a number of levels. So that all of the guests can move around the building with ease, the trained staff will ensure guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within the building by means of a lift specially designated for this purpose.

Are there wheelchairs available to rent?

There are wheelchairs available onsite however this is limited and subject to availability. To rent a wheelchair please speak to a member of the team onsite. Due to health and safety, Madame Tussauds London can only permit three wheelchair users into the attraction at any one time.
