Is the London Eye wheelchair accessible?

Yes, however only two wheelchairs are permitted in the capsule at a time so be sure to book in advance. Same-day bookings are not available for a wheelchair slot.

Can I bring a stroller to the London Eye?

Yes, but they must remain completely closed/folded throughout the experience, and on the entrance and exit ramps. If you have a buggy that cannot be folded, it can be left at the “Buggy” area facility in the ticket hall, although only for the duration of the experience.

What is the busiest time at the London Eye?

London Eye is busiest in the afternoon, be sure to book early arrive early!

Can I bring my own food or beverages to the London Eye?

No outside food or beverages are permitted at any time. Bottled water is permitted however.

What are the best ways to get to London Eye?

By Boat: London Eye Millennium Pier.

By Bus: Includes the 211, 24, 11 & RV1 plus Sightseeing Bus routes.

By Tube: Waterloo 5 mins; Westminster 10 minutes

By Train: Waterloo Main Line Station 5 minutes
