Since John Jameson’s brave first steps into this building in 1780, Jameson Distillery has been focused on his ambition to create unforgettable experiences (along with great whiskey, of course). The new look Jameson Distillery Bow St. carries on this ambition through three fully guided experiences: Bow St. Experience, The Whiskey Makers, and The Whiskey Shakers - all of which have a firm focus on immersive storytelling.
You’ll be invited to touch, smell, and most importantly, taste Jameson in the original Bow St. Distillery buildings.

New Guided Tour and Tasting
Few things go together better than whiskey and a good story. The Bow St. Experience brings the stories of Jameson’s rich heritage and on-going innovations to life in an immersive, 40-minute tasting tour of the home of Ireland’s best-selling Irish whiskey. Discover how John Jameson’s focus on the highest quality ingredients, triple-distillation process, and constant innovation resulted in an exceptionally smooth whiskey that is celebrated and enjoyed all around the globe. The story will of course have a happy ending as an expert Jameson Ambassador will lead you in a comparative whiskey tasting and a celebratory toast to Jameson Barrelmen everywhere.
Your experience will conclude in JJ’s Bar, where you can share a story and a whiskey with new friends.

Jameson Visitor Centres' welcome over 360,000 visitors each year providing a world class Irish Whiskey experience. The Distillery was founded in 1780 when John Jameson established the Bow Street Distilley in Dublin. Jameson is now distilled in Cork, although bottling still takes place in Dublin. With annual sales of over 31 million bottles, Jameson is by far the best selling Irish whiskey in the world.
Within the Jameson Distillery Bow St. we have not only one Jameson bar, but 3 in tribute to the great man himself, John Jameson.
While at our Jameson bar, why not sample some of the nectar that's on offer? Enjoy either a comparison whiskey tasting, where our flagship brand is compared to other world brands. Those already familiar with Jameson whiskey may look to upgrade to a Jameson reserve whiskey tasting.

The Jameson Distillery Bow St. will be closed between September 1, 2016 - March 2017 for refurbishment. You can book your tickets for any date before or after this closure.

Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. We cannot guarantee entry without a printed voucher and will not be able to cancel or refund customers who do not print the vouchers and therefore can't gain access to the venue or tour.
